The Institute of Cultural Affairs was founded in 1971 and has owned the 8 storey Landmark building for the entire time period. ICA GreenRise offers a variety of ways to live and work in a historic Uptown building. We rent to only NFP organizations, have 3 Intentional communities with 33 units, 13 units and 11 units respectively. ICA has been involved in the community on many levels, most importantly with our Climate Action work that focuses on our immediate community presently.
