The International Centre for Co-operative Management (the Centre) exists to elevate the global co-operative sector through education, research, and knowledge dissemination. The Centre was formed to provide a customized Master's program in co-operative management to meet a need identified by the co-operative sector. The Centre's program staff and faculty have grown to offer a Certificate in Co-operative Management, international co-operative study tours and short leadership development courses, conduct and publish research, host symposia, offer webinars and more.
Over 80 co-operatives, organizations, academic institutions and individuals form the Co-operative Management Education Co-operative guide the direction of the education, research and Centre partnerships to ensure the Centre's relevance and impact.
-Animate the social media platforms of the Centre (facebook, linkedin, Instagram, youtube) and website and work creatively to draw attention to the Centre’s work, upcoming programs and outputs (publications/accomplishments)
-Prepare visuals and short form video (text and image based) to attract a wider audience to learn about the programs and offerings of the Centre (digital flyers, visuals, brochures, media kits, print material, etc.)
-Support the design/layout of materials developed by the Centre including conference materials, worksheets, workbooks, etc.
-Support Centre projects such as event planning and outreach to co-operatives
-Engage in Centre planning by way of research to identity new avenues/channels to engage new learners and partners in the work of the Centre, new events to participate in, etc.
Virtual training sessions with Centre staff and joining team meetings (zoom).
