NASCO member co-ops only– we're conducting our second Annual Member Survey! Your responses help us understand our membership, ensure our programming meets our members' needs, and advocate for the positive impacts of co-ops on individuals and communities.
Every individual who completes a survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes:
- Top prize: One free registration for NASCO's annual Cooperative Education and Training Institute, held in Ann Arbor from November 2-4, 2018 ($230 USD /$295 CAD value!). Travel and accommodations not included.
- Second prize: Equal Exchange Chocolate gift basket
- Third prize: Selection of books curated by NASCO staff and faculty
You must complete the survey by September 30 to qualify for the drawing. Winners will be notified on October 1, 2018. There are 18 questions in total. It should take about 7 minutes of your time. This survey will be open through October 9, 2017. Encourage your fellow co-op members to participate to participate by sharing this link: bit.ly/nascosurvey2018. All responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by the individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group.
