There’s a ton of free money out there and most of it subsidizes landlord profiteering. What if we the autonomous communities were to get in on the party? Bloomington comrades present a) the political framework of “building & fighting” which necessitates strategic expansion and mutual support for producing collective power and b) a toolkit for acquiring and financing cooperative housing properties with an anti-bureaucratic group-equity model. We end in breakout groups workshopping strategies members might employ in their cities. Together, let’s collapse the housing market.
