What do cooperatives, community development financial institutions, and community land trusts have in common? These are all local forms of organizing wealth through democratic mechanisms that organizing business collectively. This resource will provide a brief introduction to these and other forms of community wealth building and discuss ways to link these institutions at the local level to build and anchor wealth in community while displacing corporate capital and other undemocratic forms of business organization.
