Performance Evaluation Plan Kalamazoo Collective Housing

This is Kalamazoo Collective Housing (KCH)’s Personal and Performance Evaluation Plan policy adopted in 2018. The full proposal is also included, which details their staff evaluation process combining varied common models, methods, and practices and tailored to their co-op’s specific needs. A template staff evaluation is included within the proposal. 

 

The Nuts and Bolts of Co-op Evictions (Ontario)

Celia Chandler provides an overview of the LTB process for co-op evictions in Ontario.

As of 2021, "It’s been seven years since housing co-ops evictions moved to Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). Celia Chandler works with many housing co-ops on member issues and will lead you through the nuts and bolts of evictions at this one-hour session. If you need to brush up on the co-op eviction process including navigating the LTB during COVID, this workshop is for you!"

The Inter Cooperative Council at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor uses a modified consensus process, called "Kwunsensus," for their board decision making. This process was created by and named after an ICC member.
