Co-op Details
Our coop is a graduate student focused (though not exclusive) housing and dining coop located near Cornell University. Historically, most of our members are Cornell students or affiliated, though we are open to all and have housed undergraduates, graduates students, and staff of Ithaca College / Cornell University, as well as residents of Ithaca. We are open to anyone who is willing to partake in our communal living style and is willing and able to contribute to our house.

Rent is currently $7325/month for the house, and utilities cost ~$800/month (though it varies through the year)
Our meal plan average around $6/day, and covers all of the food in house. Food is stocked for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
Each member is expected to spend ~4 hours a week on household responsibilities. This includes cooking dinner (~4 hours) once a rotation (approximately ever 2 weeks), as well as bathroom cleaning rotation (once every 7/14 weeks), and food pick-up rotation (once every 7 weeks). Each house member has a monthly chore assigned to them (less than an hour). Lastly, each member has a house job for maintenance of different aspects of the co-op.
